I'll tell you what I see - the REAL problem beneath the symptoms. This might be uncomfortable. It will definitely be honest. And it will give you clarity you didn't have before.

You'll get ONE immediate action to implement this week. We'll also discuss what deeper work might look like if you want to continue (retreat, training, coaching, etc.). No pressure—just clarity on your options.

Why? Because I believe senior care leaders deserve support and I want to prove my value before asking you to invest in deeper work. The only cost is your time and honesty.

Q: How long will I wait to hear back?
A: I review applications within 3 business days. If accepted, I'll send you a Calendly link to schedule. If not, I'll let you know so you're not left wondering.
Q: What if I'm not accepted?
A: I'll send you a kind email letting you know we're not the right fit right now. I might suggest other resources or invite you to reapply if your situation changes.
Q: Is this really free? What's the catch?
A: Yes, it's really free. No catch. I do these sessions because (1) I care about senior care leaders, and (2) some percentage convert to paid engagements. If we work well together, I'll invite you to continue. If not, you still got 90 minutes of value.
Q: Do I have to buy something afterwards?
A: Absolutely not. You'll get clarity and an action plan regardless. If deeper work makes sense and you want it, we can discuss options. Zero pressure.
Q: Can I bring my leadership team?
A: This session is designed for individual leaders. If you want team support, ask me about Team Leadership Retreats or Quarterly Workshops during our session.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: Life happens. Just give me 24 hours notice and we'll find a new time. No problem.
Q: Will you share what we discuss?
A: Never. Everything we discuss is confidential. I might ask permission to use anonymized examples for teaching purposes, but I'll always ask first.
